Bollards on Spring Lane will discourage unauthorised parking
ROADSIDE bollards have been erected today Saturday 5 March 2011 along the side of Spring Lane, Lambley, near the junction with Lambley Lane.
Concern had been raised in Parish Council meetings at the increased use of the small area of roadside land opposite Wood Farm for unauthorised car parking. The bollards, which are of a crash-safe flexible design, are expected to discourage this practice as well as making the road boundary more visible to traffic.
