LAMBLEY’S ancient church will welcome the Lay Clerks of Southwell Minster to perform on Cowslip Eve (Saturday 30 April), the day before the village’s main Cowslip Sunday celebrations. These professional and semi-professional singers will entertain with a mixture of light and classical pieces.
Following an interval when complimentary wine and light refreshments will be served, the entertainment will become even more local. A variety of performers from Lambley will each have a few minutes to demonstrate their prowess in a showcase known as ‘Lambley’s Got Talent’.
