Wellies at the ready for the annual Woodborough Pre-School welly walk
WOODBOROUGH Pre-School would like to congratulate the great effort put into its annual Welly Walk, held this year on 11 October. Luckily the rain stopped just before the start of the walk.
A well-earned pit stop was enjoyed at Old Manor Farm, before completing the trek back up Main Street to the Village Hall. The children were met with a welcoming hot dog to celebrate their achievement, and were then awarded a medal and certificate for completing the 1.38 miles.
So far £430 has been raised, described by the organisers as “absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and contributions.”
