Sounds of the sixties in Woodborough

Celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, Revival recreates the great music of the 1960s – a period they define as starting in 1958 and ending in 1975. The group’s trademark sound is an almost uncanny reproduction of the original pop music of the era, using period instruments and classic harmonies.

The group’s next performance is at Woodborough Village Hall on 11 June 2011, at the Woodborough Community Association‘s Midsummer Party. Starting at 8pm, the evening will focus on the great music of the mid-to-late 1960s period. A licensed bar will be in operation. Tickets are £10 and available from Woodborough News, the Nag’s Head, or the Four Bells. Alternatively call 0115 965 3072.
